The route to Stornebba is a popular hiking and training trail in Vistdal. The snow melts early in this area, so hiking is possible from early spring to late autumn. Views from Stornebba are amazing.
Follow the tractor road up the wooded hill about 2.8 km until you are almost at Øvregardssetra. From Øvergardssetra there is a marked path up to Stornebba.
You can choose whether to park at the Coop Vistdal supermarket or drive a bit along Gauprørveien and find parking in Sandvika further into the Vistdal bay. Here there are signs for Stornebba.
