Follow the sign to the centre at the roundabout in Åndalsnes. There are some parking spaces at the starting point of the trail. Alternatively, you can park your car next to the Rauma Community House or the Rauma Cultural Centre which is just a 5-minute drive from here.Start walking from the car park below Nebba and follow the waymarked hiking trail up to Mount Nesaksla. The section of the trail leading up to Nebba does not have stairs, but it is equipped with a handrail, so that as many people as possible could come here. Once you are climb up Nebba, you can enjoy the view of Åndalsnes. A trail shelter is located further up. This is where you can take a break from walking with a roof over your head and enjoy a great view of Romsdalen and the mountains of Isterdalen. You have a clear view all the way to Trollstigen from here. Continue following the path along the ridge. Some sections of the path are covered with tree roots which can be wet, so a handrail is set up along the trail. To prevent the path from expanding further, we ask you to follow the handrail and not to wander off the path. As you reach Andersmyra, which is a popular fitness trail destination, you will see a bench to rest on. The next section of the trail involves quite a lot of climbing, and the stairs are steep. Once you reach the top of the mountain, you will come to a viewing point called Rampestreken which offers another great view and wonderful opportunities for taking photos. You can find the Stikk Ut code in the trail postbox at the entrance to Rampestreken. If you continue walking further up, you will find more stairs with many beautiful viewing points. Source:
