Eresfjord. This short and easy trail takes you through an idyllic forest near the sea. The highest point is only 60 m a.s.l. At the destination point, Hundneset, you will find a barbecue spot and a cabin that is open for everyone. There is also a nice swimming area. The view of Mount Skjorta is spectacular. The path and the cabin at Hundneset were built by Eresfjord Primary and Lower Secondary School. Wet sections of the path are laid out with planks of wood.
Route description
If you have a canoe or a kayak, you can also paddle from Nauste to Hundneset.
Access and parking
Follow the county road in Eresfjord down to the quay in the Nauste area. This is where you will find a car park.
The path starts from the car park. Follow the well defined path right into the forest.
